We are dedicated to enhancing quality service delivery by promoting transparency, accountability and responsiveness, amplifying the voices of marginalized groups in decision-making structures, and facilitating meaningful involvement in budget, policy processes as well as public life. We enhance the capacity of citizens to monitor and demand quality service provision, combat corruption, and hold duty bearers accountable. We actively engage in advocacy by promoting citizen voice and action, effective public resource management, and community empowerment. Additionally, we promote meaningful participation and inclusion, while strengthening local governance structures.
